What is a ventilated facade?
A ventilated facade is a modern cladding system consisting of several layers: thermal insulation (mineral wool), an air gap (2-4 cm), and external cladding mounted on a metal substructure. The key element is the ventilated air gap between insulation and cladding, allowing free air circulation.
Air circulation in the gap removes moisture from the building structure, prevents water vapor condensation, and provides natural ventilation. In summer, the gap limits wall heating, while in winter it creates an additional thermal barrier.
Ventilated facades are a premium solution — more durable than traditional ETICS (lifespan over 50 years), resistant to mechanical damage and weather conditions. Ideal for commercial buildings, office towers, modern residences, and prestigious properties.
