How much do facades cost in Krakow?+
ETICS insulation with silicone plaster: 200-350 PLN/m². Ventilated facade: 500-1200 PLN/m². Existing facade renovation: 80-200 PLN/m². Each project is individually quoted after on-site inspection.
How long do facade works take?+
Single-family home: 3-6 weeks. Multi-family building: 2-4 months. Depends on area, scope, and weather. We always present a realistic schedule.
Which plaster to choose for a facade?+
For single-family homes we recommend silicone plaster — self-cleaning, hydrophobic, most durable. Silicate is good for buildings needing vapor permeability. Acrylic is cheapest but less resistant to dirt.
What warranty do you offer?+
5-10 year warranty on workmanship. Certified ETICS systems include manufacturer warranty on materials (up to 25 years). We fix all construction defects under warranty.
