About the Project
Thermal modernization of a single-family house using graphite polystyrene with a thermal conductivity coefficient of lambda = 0.031 W/(m·K). The photo shows the stage of installing insulation boards on scaffolding — visible mechanical anchoring and joint sealing with mounting foam.
Scope of Work
- Removal of old sheet metal flashings and window sills
- Substrate preparation and priming
- Bonding graphite polystyrene to external walls
- Mechanical anchoring of insulation boards
- Sealing joints with polyurethane foam
- Embedding reinforcing mesh in adhesive
- Rendering and painting the facade (next stage)
